Deleting your account · October 18, 2026

You can ask for your Roguesail Raiders account to be deleted at any time, in the game or by email.

In the game

• On the menu, open the Captain's log.
• At the bottom, tap Ask to delete my account…, then Yes, ask to delete it.

By email

Email support@roguesailraiders.com with your captain's name (or, for a player under 13, the pirate name the game gave them) and roughly when you last played.

What happens

• We delete the account within 30 days: your captain's name and PIN, your game record (voyages, wins, sinkings, gold, doubloons, badges), your ship and its upgrades, your ship decorations, and any town you govern.
• You leave the leaderboards. This can't be undone.
• Our server's daily backups are kept for up to 5 days, so a deleted account can remain in a backup for up to 5 days more.
• An account nobody plays for 30 days is deleted anyway, without asking (unless it holds something bought).
